چکیده
Spirulina platensis, simbiyotik, çok hücreli ve ipliksi yap?da mavi-ye?il bir mikroalgdir. Esansiyel amino asitler, ?-karoten, fikobiliproteinler gibi pigmetler eikosapentaenoik asit (EPA) dokosaheksaenoik (DHA) çoklu doymam?? ya? asitleri baz? yüksek de?erli biyoaktif moleküller aç?s?ndan zengindir. Ayr?ca, protein içeri?i (kuru a??rl?kta %60-70) ile önemli kaynaklar?ndan biridir. Bu çal??mada, bu?day ununun platensis platensis’den ultarases destekli ekstraksiyon ekstrakte edilen ekstraktlar? zenginle?tirilmesi zenginle?tirilen unlar?n reolojik teknofonksiyonel özelliklerinin ara?t?r?lmas? gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Çal??man?n sonuçlar?na göre, farkl? oranlarda tozu (SP) (SPE) ekstensograf analizleri sonucunda en uygun SP SPE oranlar? %0,125, 0,25 0,5 olarak belirlenmi?tir. Farinograf analizi SP-%0,5 için su absorpsiyonu (%57,1) de?eri elde edilmi?tir (p<0,05). Örneklerin normal sedimentasyon, gecikmeli ya? gluten, gluten indeksi kuru de?erleri aras?ndaki farkl?l?k de?ilken (p?0,05), %0,125 oran?nda un örneklerinin tutma kapasitesi (%108,68) di?er örneklerden istatiksel düzeyde daha yüksektir

Immobilization of cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis in sodium alginate (1.5 %) gave the best quality of bead and 15-16 beads were formed per mL of aqueous solution of alginate. The immobilized cells were used in a batch process for treatment of diluted sewage. After 8 days, 95 % of BOD5, 77 % of COD, 90 % of ammonia, and 94 % of TSS were removed.
